When you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from. We don't ask for other personal information on these pages.
Like most websites, these pages are delivered by service providers that receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit. Our hosting provider (Netlify) serves the pages and stores sign-ups. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and one page script loads from Cloudflare's cdnjs. These pages don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
We use your email address to send occasional emails about food safety, regulations, best practices, and our services. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, and only as needed for those services, or when required by law.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, contact us through mendocinofoodconsulting.com.
These pages don't track visitors across other websites, so they work the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
