Are you ready for a co-packer?

I've watched a lot of good products stall at this step. Usually not because the food was wrong, but because the formula, the paperwork, or the numbers weren't ready yet. Check off what you have. Items marked "Often required" are ones co-packers commonly ask about before they quote. Every co-packer is different, so treat this as a starting list.

Close the gaps before your first run

In my experience, rough first production runs usually trace back to a formula that was never scaled, missing specs, or a label that had to be reprinted. If you'd like a second set of eyes, book a free 15-minute call and we'll figure out which gaps matter most for your product.
